We have patients who come into the ICU and ER all the time for many reasons. Many times, they are incapable of communicating their wishes due to an acute care situation. Because of the LegacyShare account we were able to track down their healthcare proxy. You realize pretty quickly how a service like this comes in handy for unexpected events. Amazing, absolutely amazing!
